"I was so pleased to find this woman- run insurance company. She listened to my situation and needs, went over the housing and auto policy so I could cut back costs. Whenever I called for questions, she or a staff member answered, imagine that, with a real live person whom I understood clearly or she called me right back. My town flooded badly and she even called to see if I needed anything. I have heard horror stories about agents since the flooding. This is old time customer service.
